54A Register of pecuniary interests of members
The general manager is to keep a register of interests of members of a special committee or controlling authority.
A councillor of a council that has established a special committee or controlling authority may inspect a register of interests kept under this section.
A register kept under this section is exempt from the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2009.
