56B Gifts and donations register
The general manager is to keep a register of the gifts and donations referred to in section 56A(1) that have been received by councillors.
The register is to include the following information:the name of the councillor; a description of the gift or donation; any other information required by the regulations to be included.
The register is to be – available for public inspection at the relevant council's office; and available on the relevant council's website; and updated at least monthly.
