70E Review of plans, strategies and policies
A council, at least every 4 years, is to review its – strategic plan; and long-term financial management plan; and long-term strategic asset management plan; and financial management strategy; and asset management strategy; and asset management policy.
As soon as practicable after a council adopts a plan, strategy or policy referred to in subsection (1), the general manager is to notify the Director accordingly.
