93A Service rate for fire protection
A council may make a service rate or several service rates in respect of the fire service contributions it must collect under the Fire Service Act 1979.
A service rate or service rates made under subsection (1) must be for the contribution specified in a notice issued under section 81B of the Fire Service Act 1979.
