111 Powers of Minister for State Highways to open, alter, &c., local highways
Where a corporation has power to carry out highway works, not being works the cost of the carrying out of which is wholly or partly recoverable from the owner or occupier of any land, the Minister for State Highways may, after consulting the corporation, carry out those works.
The Minister for State Highways may acquire land for the purpose of carrying out works under this section.
