I make the following order under section 137(1)(b) of the Local Government Act 1993.
This order may be cited as the Local Government Order 2004.
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
The land situated at Gillies Road in St Marys in Tasmania comprised in Volume 206762, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 is to be transferred to the Break O'Day Council.
