I make the following order under section 137(1)(b) of the Local Government Act 1993.

Short title
This order may be cited as the Local Government Order 2012.

Commencement
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

Transfer of land to Northern Midlands Council
The land situated at 47 George Street, Perth in Tasmania comprised in General Law Grant Numbers 7/72 and 8/9 of 1839 is transferred to the Northern Midlands Council.
