Establishment of Macquarie Point Development Corporation

The Macquarie Point Development Corporation is established.

The Corporation – is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and has a seal; and may sue and be sued in its corporate name; and is an instrumentality of the Crown.

The Corporation's seal is to be kept and used as authorised by the Board.

All courts and persons acting judicially must take judicial notice of the imprint of the Corporation's seal on a document and presume that it was duly sealed by the Corporation.
