Application of Act

In force

This Act binds the Crown in right of Tasmania, and so far as the legislative power of Parliament permits, in all its other capacities.

This Act does not apply to public land, within the meaning of the Public Land (Administration and Forests) Act 1991, that is the subject of a reference to the Commission.
