100 Compensation entitlement
A lessee may claim compensation for financial loss suffered because – the whole or any part of the lease area is set aside for a public purpose under this section or any other Act; or access to the lease area is restricted by a marine farming development plan.
Compensation is not payable because – there is a deterioration in water quality; or there is a change to the lease area arising from environmental causes.
