36 Withdrawal of draft amendment
The Panel, with the Minister's approval, may withdraw a draft amendment at any time before the end of the period referred to in section 35(1).
If the Panel withdraws a draft amendment, the Panel must – serve notice of the withdrawal on – the Minister; and if the amendment was requested by the planning authority, on the planning authority; and give any other notice as it sees fit.
