120 Application of Corrections Act 1997 to forensic patients who are prisoners
Except as provided in subsection (2), Parts 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9 of the Corrections Act 1997 do not apply to a forensic patient who is also a prisoner.
Sections 86, 87(1)(b), 87A and 87B of the Corrections Act 1997 apply to a forensic patient who is also a prisoner.
