137 Questions of law
The Mining Tribunal, at the request of any person or of its own initiative, may refer any question of law to the Supreme Court for its opinion.
The Mining Tribunal must not make any decision or order in respect of a matter on which a question has been referred until the Supreme Court gives its opinion on the question.
The Supreme Court may make any order as to the costs of, and incidental to, the hearing of the question.
