142 Withdrawal and dismissal of appeal
An appellant may withdraw an appeal at any time.
If an appeal is withdrawn or abandoned, the respondent may apply to a judge for the appeal to be dismissed.
A judge may – dismiss the appeal; and make an order as to costs of, or incidental to, the appeal.
