148 Compensation agreement for damage to improvement
A licensee or lessee may enter into an agreement with a Crown lessee or Crown licensee or a holder of a forestry right as to the amount of compensation payable under section 147.
A licensee or lessee is to lodge a copy of the agreement with the Director.
