151 Disputes as to compensation payable
A party to a compensation agreement may apply to the Mining Tribunal to determine a dispute arising out of the agreement.
The Mining Tribunal may determine a dispute only if satisfied, after considering evidence put to it, that the party has attempted to settle the dispute but has been unable to do so because – the other party has refused to negotiate a settlement; or both parties are unable to settle the dispute.
