184 Notice of lodgment
On receipt of a caveat lodged under section 183, the Registrar is to give notice to the holder of the mineral tenement affected of the caveat of the lodgment.
A notice is to be – in writing; and sent by registered post.
The holder of the mineral tenement affected may appeal to the Mining Tribunal against the caveat within 14 days after receipt of the notice.
