3A Meaning of obtaining minerals, andproduced, in relation to geothermal energy
A reference in this Act to obtaining minerals includes a reference to producing geothermal energy.
For the purposes of this Act, geothermal energy is produced when the energy reaches the surface of the earth as a result of production activities.
