Amendment of applications after objections

In force

If the Mining Tribunal upholds an objection in respect of a part of the land comprised in the application, it may allow the applicant to amend the application for a lease by excluding that part.

An application amended under subsection (1) is taken to be lodged on the date on which the original application was lodged.
