I make the following order, with the agreement of the Minister for Primary Industries, Water and Environment, under section 5(3) of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995.

1Short title

This order may be cited as the Mineral Resources Development (Application of Act) Order (No. 2) 2002.

2Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3Act applies to certain land

The Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 is declared to apply to the area of land, designated as a gravel reserve, specified in Schedule 1 to this order.
