Mineral Resources Development (Exemption) Order 1999

26 April 1999

I make the following order under section 5(4) of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995.

This order may be cited as the Mineral Resources Development (Exemption) Order 1999.

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

The land specified in Schedule 1 to this order is exempt from the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 in respect of all minerals.
