Mineral Resources Development (Exemption) Order 2005

I make the following order under section 5(4) of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995.

This order may be cited as the Mineral Resources Development (Exemption) Order 2005.

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

The area of land specified in Schedule 1 to this order is declared to be exempt from the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995.
