I make the following order under section 163(1) of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995.
This order may be cited as the Mineral Resources Development (Fossil Site) Order 2003.
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
The area of land specified in Schedule 1 to this order is declared to be a fossil site for the purposes of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995.
