Mineral Resources Development (Fossil Site) Order 2007

I make the following order under section 163(1) of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995.

1Short title

This order may be cited as the Mineral Resources Development (Fossil Site) Order 2007.

2Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3Fossil site

The area specified in Schedule 1 to this order is declared to be a fossil site.
