Mineral Resources Development Revocation Order 1998

I make the following order under section 5(4) of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 .

Short title

This order may be cited as the Mineral Resources Development Revocation Order 1998.

Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

Revocation

The Mineral Resources Development (Exemption) Order 1996 is revoked.
