101 Offence of obstructing enforcement officer
A person must not –
assault, resist, intimidate or wilfully obstruct an enforcement officer – in the execution of his or her duty; or lawfully performing a duty imposed on the enforcement officer by an Act; or in the exercise of a public duty or authority; or threaten, or use abusive language to, an enforcement officer so acting; or instigate or incite a person to do any of the things mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b).
Fine not exceeding 25 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months, or both.
