69 Effect of enforcement warrant imposing charge on land
Section 77(1) and (2) of the Land Titles Act 1980 are taken to have been satisfied by the service of a notice under section 68(3) of this Act.
The Director may not exercise his or her powers of sale and appropriation of the proceeds of sale under section 78 of the Land Titles Act 1980 until 21 days after the enforcement warrant is registered under that Act.
