Property may be excluded from operation of enforcement warrant

In force

Any person, other than the enforcement debtor, who claims an interest in any property that is or is about to be seized or sold under an enforcement warrant may give notice in writing to the Director, including evidence of that person's interest.

If the Director is satisfied of a person's interest under subsection (1), the property is excluded from the operation of the enforcement warrant.
