91 Discharge of enforcement debtor's liability to Director and employer's liability to enforcement debtor
If an employer deducts an amount under this Division from the earnings of an enforcement debtor –
the enforcement debtor is, to the extent of the amount deducted, discharged from the enforcement debtor's liability to make payments to the Director; and the employer is discharged from liability to pay the amount to any person other than the Director.
