Issue of motor vehicle trader licence

Current

If the Director grants an application for a motor vehicle trader licence, he or she is to issue a motor vehicle trader licence to the applicant on payment of any prescribed licence fee.

A motor vehicle trader licence is to be in a form approved by the Director.

A motor vehicle trader licence takes effect on the day it is issued or a later day specified in it.
