Authorised officer to show identification

Current

If a person on premises entered by an authorised officer for the purposes of an inspection under this Act requests that the authorised officer produce identification –

the officer must produce his or her certificate of identification as an authorised officer to that person; and the officer may not take any action or further action under this Act in relation to the inspection until he or she has so produced that certificate of identification.
