The provisions of the National Energy Retail Law were applied as a law of Tasmania on 1 July 2012.
The full text of the National Energy Retail Law is set out in the Schedule to the National Energy Retail Law (South Australia) Act 2011 of South Australia (click on INFORMATION for a link to South Australian legislation).
