I make the following order under section 76A(1) of the Nature Conservation Act 2002.
This order may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Threatened Native Vegetation Communities) Order 2015.
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
The Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this order as if it were by-laws.
In this order, the Nature Conservation Act 2002 is referred to as the Principal Act.
Schedule 3A to the Principal Act is amended as follows:
by omitting item 12;
by omitting item 26 and substituting the following item:Heathland on calcareous substrates by inserting the following item after item 36:Spray zone coastal complex
The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Nature Conservation Act 2002.
