2 Commencement
Part 1 commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
The remaining provisions of this Act commence on a day to be proclaimed, being a day on or after the day on which the A New Tax System (Trade Practices Amendment) Act 1999 of the Commonwealth commences.
