19 Transitional provisions
A declaration made under section 131B(1)(c) of the Evidence Act 1910 before the commencement of this Act is, on that commencement, taken to be a declaration made under section 12(2)(c) of this Act.
A person who was a commissioner for declarations under section 131A of the Evidence Act 1910 before the commencement of this Act is, on that commencement, a commissioner for declarations under this Act.
