31 Competencies and requirements
Subject to subsection (2), the Administrator is to determine, by notice published in the Gazette, entry competencies, continuing competencies and other requirements which an applicant for a licence relating to a particular occupation and class of prescribed work must satisfy or continue to satisfy.
The continuing competencies and other requirements published in a notice under subsection (1) apply to a person who holds a licence, relating to a particular occupation and class of prescribed work, by virtue of holding deemed registration.
