A licence holder must, at the request of the Administrator and within such time as the Administrator may require, produce to the Administrator any certificate of identification issued to him or her under section 41. In the case of – a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 50 penalty units; or an individual, a fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.

In the case of a licence held by a person by virtue of holding deemed registration, the licence holder must, at the request of the Administrator and within such time as the Administrator may require, produce to the Administrator any certificate of identification, or similar document, issued to that person in relation to that licence. In the case of – a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 50 penalty units; or an individual, a fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.

A person who is carrying out, proposes to carry out or has carried out any prescribed work must, on demand, by – the Administrator; or an authorised officer; or the owner or occupier of any relevant premises; or a person with whom the licence holder has contracted or proposes to contract to carry out the prescribed work – produce to him or her any certificate of identification issued to him or her under section 41. In the case of – a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 50 penalty units; or an individual, a fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.

A person who is carrying out, proposes to carry out, or has carried out, any prescribed work must, on demand, by – the Administrator; or an authorised officer; or the owner or occupier of any relevant premises; or a person with whom the licence holder has contracted or proposes to contract to carry out the prescribed work – in the case of a licence held by a person by virtue of holding deemed registration, produce to the person who made the demand any certificate of identification issued to the licence holder in relation to that licence. In the case of – a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 50 penalty units; or an individual, a fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
