50 Access to registers
The registers kept under section 49 may be kept in the form of, or as part of, a computer database or in any other form that the Administrator considers appropriate.
Subject to sections 49 and 51, the registers are to be available for public inspection by means of the World Wide Web and by any other means determined by the Administrator.
