54 Certification of prescribed work
The Administrator may, in accordance with the regulations, require that, on completion of any prescribed work, the responsible licence holder provides a certificate that the prescribed work complies with the relevant code of practice.
A licence holder must comply with a requirement under subsection (1). In the case of – a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 100 penalty units; or an individual, a fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
