Occupational Licensing Act 2005

The Administrator must, within 45 days after receiving an application under section 80 for a review of a decision to which this Part applies, make a determination – substituting the decision with another decision; or confirming the decision; or revoking the decision.

The Administrator must, by notice served on the applicant, notify the applicant of – the determination made; and the findings on material questions of fact; and the evidence or other material on which the findings are based; and the reasons for the determination; and the right to appeal to the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal against the determination.
