Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is amended as follows:

by omitting from item 2(b) "a controlling authority" and substituting "a single authority, controlling authority";

by omitting item 4;

by omitting from item 5 "Board" and substituting "Tribunal";

by omitting item 6 and substituting the following item:Anti-Discrimination Commissioner appointed under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1998.

The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Ombudsman Act 1978.
