7 Matters to which Minister is to have regard
In determining whether to make a direction or request under section 5, the Minister must have regard to the following matters:
the interests (including the welfare) of the person to whom the parole order relates;
the administration of justice in this or any other State or a Territory;
the protection of the community in this or any other State or a Territory;
any other matter the Minister considers relevant.
