32 Information requirements
The Commission, by notice, may require the accredited operator or, if applicable, relevant responsible person to provide it with such information concerning an accredited service, within such period of not less than 14 days, as the Commission specifies in the notice.
An accredited operator must comply with a requirement made of the accredited operator under subsection (1). Fine not exceeding – 50 penalty units for a body corporate or body politic; or 25 penalty units for an individual.
The responsible person for an accredited operator must comply with a requirement made of the responsible person under subsection (1). Fine not exceeding 25 penalty units.
