41 Contravention of conditions of authorisation
The service operator of an authorised regular passenger service must not –
contravene the conditions of the authorisation; or cause or allow another person to contravene the conditions of the authorisation.
Fine not exceeding – 100 penalty units for a body corporate or body politic; or 50 penalty units for an individual.
