51 Service eligibility guidelines
In exercising power under this Division, the Secretary – is to have regard to service eligibility guidelines developed by the Secretary and approved by the Minister for the purpose; and may have regard to such other matters as the Secretary considers necessary or expedient.
In developing the service eligibility guidelines, the Secretary is to liaise with such industry bodies, standards bodies, regulatory authorities and other interested parties as the Secretary considers necessary or expedient.
The Secretary is to publish the service eligibility guidelines as the Secretary considers necessary or expedient or as the Minister may from time to time direct.
