67 Status and promulgation of administrative determinations, &c.
This section applies to determinations under section 7(2), section 11(4), section 28(3) and section 35(3) ("administrative determinations").
Administrative determinations – are not statutory rules; and are not subordinate legislation for the purposes of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992.
The Commission may – publish administrative determinations as it considers necessary or expedient; and by instrument in writing, rescind or revise any administrative determinations if it reasonably considers that the rescission or revision is justified by changed circumstance.
