Passenger Transport Services Regulations 2023

For the purposes of paragraph (g) of the definition of serious offence in section 3(1) of the Act, the following offences are prescribed:

an offence under – section 235, 250, 252A, 253, 253A, 257B, 264, 278, 283(b), 284, 288, 293 or 294 of the Criminal Code; or section 43A of the Police Offences Act 1935; or section 64 of the Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999;

an offence under – Division 3 of Part 5.7 of the Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth; or Division 2 of Part III of theTaxation Administration Act 1953of the Commonwealth;

an offence under regulation 22(4);

an offence under regulation 25.
