Poisons Act 1971

The Minister may authorise in writing a person, or a class of persons, to be in possession of scheduled substances of a class specified in the authorisation, in such circumstances and subject to such conditions as may be specified in the authorisation.

The Minister may at any time revoke an authorisation under subsection (1) or vary the class of substances to which the authorisation relates or vary the circumstances in which, or the conditions subject to which, the authorisation may be exercised.
