59O Contents of ministerial statement of expectation
The ministerial statement of expectation is to specify the objectives of the Minister on any matter relating to the functions of the Board.
The ministerial statement of expectation – may not prevent the Board from performing a function it is required to perform or otherwise complying with any Act; and may not extend the functions and powers of the Board.
