69AC Contravention of improvement notice
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, contravene or fail to comply with an improvement notice served on the person under section 69AA(1).
In the case of – a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 500 penalty units; or an individual, a fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
